Thanksgiving Pizza
This Thanksgiving, switch up tradition with @danieleuditi's pizza: butternut squash, smoked mozzarella, sage, and turkey sausage-made easy with Dome XL (Gen 2).
Ingredients
Serves 2- 2dough balls of your choice
- 100g roasted, cubed butternut squash
- 100g scamorza mozzarella, torn
- 2 tbspParmigiano Reggiano, grated
- A few fresh sage leaves
- 150g cooked ground turkey sausage, seasoned with garlic, chilli and herbs
- A drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- A drizzle of balsamic vinegar

Preheat the Gozney to 450°C / 840°F.

To stretch the dough, gently push from the centre outwards, rotating as you go. If a hole appears, press the dough back together, it will bake perfectly.

To assemble the pizza, scatter over the roasted butternut squash, squish some if you would like. Then add the torn mozzarella. Sprinkle with grated Parmigiano, sage leaves and the cooked turkey sausage. Finish with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil.

To cook, launch the pizza into the oven and bake for around 90 seconds, turning as needed for an even cook. If baking two pizzas at once, rotate and switch their positions halfway through until the pizza is golden and the base is cooked.

Serve hot, with an extra sprinkle of salt and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
